Order Processing

Our goal is to handle all orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that various factors like incomplete payment, insufficient address details, or seasonal demand may affect processing times. In such cases, we'll email you to ensure a smooth delivery process.

 

Shipping Time:

Typically, delivery within the United States takes 7-14 business days, and for International Countries, it's about 10-18 business days. External factors like weather conditions, holidays, or shipping errors may influence delivery times. We'll keep you informed to the best of our ability despite limited control over these factors.

 

Taxes and Duties:

Please be aware that customs taxes or duties imposed by your country are not covered by us. It's your responsibility to handle these charges. For clarification on rates, contact your country's customs office. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes, as this is beyond our control.

 

Order Address Error

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

 

Order Cancellation:

To cancel an order post-payment, reach out to us, and we'll assist you. However, we can't guarantee cancellation if the order is already in processing or shipping stages. If processing or shipping has occurred, you'll need to initiate a product return.
